Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Atlas CFO ("Service"), operated by MuseMinded LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By using Atlas CFO, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Atlas CFO is a financial dashboard platform for ecommerce businesses. It connects to your existing platforms (Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Bing Ads, Klaviyo) via read-only API integrations to aggregate performance data into CFO-level reporting dashboards.

2. Eligibility

Atlas CFO is available to MuseMinded clients and authorized users. Access is provided as part of your engagement with MuseMinded or by separate agreement.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must have authorization to connect the platforms and ad accounts you integrate with Atlas CFO.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account information current.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Data & Platform Connections

• By connecting a platform, you authorize us to access the data described in our Privacy Policy on your behalf.
• We access data in read-only mode. We do not modify, create, or delete anything in your connected platforms.
• You may disconnect any platform at any time through your platform's settings or by contacting us.
• Data accuracy depends on the source platforms. We display what your platforms report and are not responsible for discrepancies in source data.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your dashboard access with unauthorized parties
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or programmatically access the Service outside of normal use

6. Intellectual Property

Atlas CFO, including its design, code, and reporting methodologies, is the intellectual property of its creators. Your data remains yours — we claim no ownership of the data you connect or the reports generated from it.

7. Availability & Support

• We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
• Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
• Support is available via email at jeff@museminded.com.

8. Limitation of Liability

Atlas CFO is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for decisions made based on dashboard data.
• We are not liable for data inaccuracies originating from connected platforms.
• Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding any claim.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

• You may stop using Atlas CFO at any time by disconnecting your integrations and notifying us.
• We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or for non-payment.
• Upon termination, we will delete your data per our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles.
